How do I return/exchange a product?
Before returning an item, you must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) either by calling at 888-ASTON-11 (888-278-6611) or sending us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org). If you are exchanging an item, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label for your convenience. Please return your item to:

Please include the RA# and the original packing slip. If you do not have the packing slip, please include the full name of the person to whom we billed the purchase.
How much time do I have to return or exchange an item?
You have 14 days from receipt of the product to request an RA# number. Items purchased during holiday season from December 7 through December 22, 2016 can be returned or exchanged until January 25, 2017. The product must be in original condition.
Do I have to pay for shipping back a returned/exchanged item?
In the unlikely event that you decide to return a product, we will not cover the cost of shipping unless the reason for return was an error by us. There will be a $14.95 deduction for return item(s) for the credit card transaction fees. Items. If you are exchanging an item there are no additional expenses. We will be pleased to provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label for your return and ship the exchanged item for free of charge.
I have returned an item, when will I be credited?
All return items for credit will be processed within 3 to 5 days upon receiving your return at our factory and will be credited to the credit card that was used for the purchase.
How do I obtain a pre-paid shipping label?
Only customers returning an item because of an error caused by Aston or those who are making an exchange are entitled to a pre-paid shipping label. Please reach us at 888-ASTON-11 or 212-481-2760 or email us at email@example.com to receive an RA# and shipping label.
How soon can I expect my package?
Next Business Day - Delivery next business day by 3:00 PM
2 Business Days – Delivered in 2 days, typically by the end of the day
3 Business Days – Delivered in 2-3 days, typically by the end of the day
1-5 Business Days (Ground) - Delivery based on distance to destination (View U.S. Ground Maps)
APO/FPO – Delivered in 5 – 9 days, typically by the end of the day.
International orders will be received within 4 - 5 days.
Please note that we are a secure SSL encrypted site and do not receive your credit card information. If your shipping address is different from the billing address (the address where you receive your credit card statements) it may casue delay on processing your order. In order to avoid any delays please contact your credit card provider to register any addresses other than the billing address for faster processing and shipping.
Where is my package?
After we receive and process your order, you will receive an email containing a tracking number along with a link to your tracking page. If you wish to manually track your package go here (http://www.ups.com) for UPS, or here (http://fedex.com/Tracking) for FedEx.
Will you ship to me?
We ship worldwide and to APO/FPO and college addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or hotels.
